Your Point of Sale Will Be Fully Updated With All Item Information and Inventory

We will eliminate any and all data entry into your Point of Sale. You will never have to enter purchase orders, new items, update stock counts, or any other data again.

Simply send us a picture (email or through a shared drive) of the item’s UPC, the purchase order or invoice and we will enter it into your system overnight. If you have access to an item information databases through an API, we will also pull the item information into your POS for you. If you do not, we can recommend a few to automate this process for you. Lastly, we can will manually update your inventory stock levels & pricing when necessary.

We have significant experience working with many different Point of Sale software (including all of the major ones such as Lightspeed, Shopify, Clover, and Vend) and can quickly get up to speed on any of your processes.

We currently manage item catalogs for many clients and accurately input all necessary information including, but not limited to, batch, country of origin, dimensions and weight, attributes, expiration dates, etc. We make sure the information is captured specifically according to your procedures to seamlessly integrate with your website and your business processes.
